You make your voice recording with a digital dictaphone then plug it into your PC where it is stored with the file type '.dss'.  You can then attach this file to an email and send it to us to be transcribed.

We recommend Olympus dictaphones for their quality although any dictaphone that will record files ending with .dss will be acceptable.
