I first came across Rebecca Adamson when she worked as a temp here at the London Bullion Market Association a few months ago. I was most impressed then by her speed and efficiency so I was delighted when I heard that she was setting up a service (Clear Desk) to help people like me who use dictation machines to get their work out faster (and even more importantly more accurately). For the past several weeks I have been using Clear Desk and the system works brilliantly. 

I use an Olympus DS-2300 dictation machine which produces .dss files which I can email to Rebecca and she transcribes them (if necessary on top of a template which I also email to her) and sends them back to me. I have been amazed at the high accuracy of her work and the responsiveness in terms of getting things back. It is just like a having a first class temp in the next office except without the overheads and also without paying for time which is not profitably used. 

The new system is saving us money and improving our efficiency at the same time. I would heartily recommend Rebecca’s services to anyone who needs to use a dictation machine to get their work done.
